Oversight Transfer


With entry into force on 01.07.2008 of the revision of the Luftfahrtgesetz (Aviation Act), Published in BGBI. I No 83/2008, Paragraph 24b item 6 requires that Agreements with Foreign States concerning Transfer of Responsibility are to be notified in accordance with aviation standard practice.
