Permission for Charter Flights
Charter Flights (Freight or Passenger)
Requirements for Charter Flights to Austria:
- Application Form completely filled out
- Valid certificate of insurance (please note that the amount of third party legal liability must comply with the regulations (EC) No 785/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21APR04).
- Valid AOC (air operator certificate)
- ACC3 designation if applicable
- In case of an IT - Charter Flight a copy of tour literature (in which hotels passengers will stay, excursions, etc.) must be attached
- Slots must be coordinated with the airport
Please note that requests should be sent at least 5 working days in advance for single charter flights and 30 days in advance for series of charter flights. Permission will only be granted if all required documents are presented.
