Permission for Scheduled Flights
Requirements for Scheduled Flights to Austria:
- Application Form completely filled out
- Valid certificate of insurance (please note that the amount of third party legal liability must comply with the regulations (EC) No 785/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21APR04).
- Valid AOC (air operator certificate)
- ACC3 designation if applicable
- Certificate of Airworthiness
- If applicable wetlease-, drylease- or subleaseagreement
