Solar and photovoltaic systems
Solar and photovoltaic installations can cause both electrical and visual disturbance.
Solar and photovoltaic systems up to a size of 100m² are exempt from the permission requirement. Within and below defined safety zones, the state of the art (in particular in compliance with OVE Guideline R11-3) with regard to the assessment of glare must be observed for these installations.
With regard to the size of installations, it should be noted that the areas of several installations are to be added together if they are in a close spatial relationship to each other.
