CAN FCL 10 - Examiner standardisation courses ("Alternative Means of Compliance")

With the new CAN FCL 10 Austro Control established a so-called „Alternative Means of Compliance“ (AltMoC), a document which provides a slightly changed procedure compared to the procedures established by AMC material developed by EASA for the conduct of examiner standardisation courses. The changes mainly consist in clarifications in the text. Additionally, criteria for ATOs seeking for an approval to conduct such examiner standardisation courses were developed. Details regarding the differences between the AMC by EASA and the AltMoC by Austro Control can be found in chapter 5.2
