Updated Information in regards to „theory examinations“

Examinations will take place every week from Monday to Friday at the headquarters of Austro Control, Wagramer Strasse 19, 1220 Vienna. However, we ask for your understanding that due to the previous closure of the examination room, the current applicable requirements of the Health Authorities and the high current demand, a longer waiting period for appointments may occur.
 
The following guidelines apply in any case to all examinations taking place and are mandatory for all candidates:
 

• The maximum number of candidates per session in order to maintain the minimum required distance is 6
• All candidates are picked up directly at the reception on the ground floor of the IZD Tower
• During the whole stay at the IZD Tower (also during the tests) masks are compulsory (masks are not provided by Austro Control)
• Disposable gloves have to be worn during the examination (gloves are not provided by Austro Control)
• Breaks must be as short as possible and may only be taken individually
• Invoices and certificates are sent by mail after the examination

 
The measures taken are in accordance with the requirements and recommendations of the health authorities and serve to protect the health of each individual person. We kindly ask for your understanding!
